There is a category of journey that no charter platform, no luxury travel agency, and no aggregator of curated experiences can build.

It is the journey that begins with a conversation rather than a catalogue. The one that starts with a principal describing — sometimes haltingly, because the desire is clear before the itinerary is — what they are actually looking for.
