THE BILLIONAIRE STANDARD: WHY HYPE LUXURY IS THE STRATEGIC CHOICE FOR UHNW OPERATIONS

The principal does not book the aircraft. You do. And you carry the responsibility of making a complex, high-stakes, logistically intricate process look effortless — because that is what the world at this level expects. This piece is for you.

Private aviation is not complicated once you understand the vocabulary, the lead times, and the things that can go wrong. Most of what goes wrong is preventable. Most of what looks seamless was designed that way three weeks in advance.

The lead times nobody tells you

For a domestic Indian charter on a standard jet — Delhi to Mumbai, Mumbai to Goa — 48 to 72 hours is workable in normal conditions. For an international departure from India, including permit coordination, you want 7 to 10 days minimum. For a BBJ charter, particularly during peak season, 6 to 8 weeks is the right planning horizon. For anything touching a major event — IPL season, wedding season, Monaco Grand Prix weekend, Diwali — add 30% to whatever buffer you think you need and start earlier than feels necessary.

The questions to ask every charter provider

What is the operator’s ARGUS or Wyvern safety rating on the specific aircraft being sourced? Is the aircraft owner-operated or sourced from a third-party operator at booking time? What is the repositioning flight plan — and who bears the cost of weather or slot delays? What catering lead time is required, and what is the process for dietary requirements and principal preferences? What is the contingency plan if the aircraft goes technical before departure?

A charter provider who cannot answer these questions fluently is not a provider you want managing a trip that matters.

What hype.luxury is designed to be for you

We built hype.luxury to be the provider that makes your job easier — not more complex. A single point of contact for the aircraft, the catering, the ground transfers, the permits, and the contingencies. A desk that answers around the clock because principals do not only need to move during business hours. A standard that does not vary by aircraft size or trip length, because your principal’s expectations do not vary either.

You are the gatekeeper of the experience. We exist to make sure you have everything you need to deliver it perfectly, every time. GODDS Club membership gives you and your office a consistent framework for aviation access across our full network — India, Dubai, Monaco, London — without renegotiating from zero on every booking.

The principal gets the seamless experience. You get the infrastructure that produces it.
