This month, we spoke to 3 women who work at Hype and each of them has a special memory regarding their dream cars.
Here are the 3 boss ladies at Hype, sharing their dream car stories!Â
Supritha Rao:Â
Supritha has an incredible sense of style and aesthetics and likes cars that exude panache. She loves supercars but when it comes to her favorite, there’s one car she loves the most. Her dream car is the Lamborghini Gallardo. She says, “I saw the Lamborghini Gallardo in a lot of Bollywood movies and the way the doors of the car open, the style and suave that it exudes, all of it just won me over. The design is so impressive and the car looks great on the road and I hope, with all my heart, that I get to experience the joy of being in that car, someday.Â
Saadgee Sood:Â
Like any other millennial, Saadgee grew up watching the hit US TV show, Gossip Girl. It was in the show that she saw the protagonists, Blair and Serena, travel around in limousines. But it was years later, in 2019, when she realized that she loves them!Â
“Last year, for my parents’ 25 wedding anniversary, we went to Dubai for a holiday and it was there that I saw a limousine up close. I don’t have a specific limousine in mind, but just the idea of driving around in one is what I dream of. If I get a chance, I’d love to experience a limousine ride with my closest friends, just like Serena and Blair did, in Gossip Girl!Â
Paripsa Pandya:Â
It was on an exchange program to Germany in 2013, that Paripsa saw how magnificent German engineering is. Her visit day trip within Deutschland was a visit to Stuttgart, wherein she and her friends visited the Porsche car museum. “Back then, it was one of the few places that gave us a student discount, and for 4 Indian students, that was all we needed. But now that I look back, it was one of the best places I’ve visited. I didn’t know much about German cars before that visit, but those 2 hours in the Porsche Museum were so memorable and so insightful! I remember we were allowed to even sit in some of those cars and take pictures. I was awestruck, I was surrounded by so many beautiful, brilliantly designed cars. I loved the entire museum and that was when I decided that someday, I’ll drive a Porsche. It doesn’t have to be a specific model, but it has to be a Porsche.
I hope I can take my family to Germany someday, take them to the museum and hopefully, experience the Porshe, with them!
